Atlantis Paradise Island, the lush resort of Paradise Island in the Bahamas, announces the launch of Taste of Paradise, a two-week food and wine festival beginning March 2.
The series of events taking place March 2-13 will include special dinners hosted by renowned culinary icons Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Michelin-starred Chef Michael White and Chefs Todd English and Julie Lightbourne. An exclusive set of prix-fixe menus offered by the resort’s casual and fine-dining restaurants, as well as a series of pop-up entertainment experiences focusing on local culture and authentic dishes will be available to guests and residents. The new program is an extension of the resort’s “EAT: Extraordinary Atlantis Taste” series of restaurant weeks. Customers and diners can visit the Taste of Paradise website to make reservations and purchase food and beverage credits. For every $100 credit purchase, guests will receive an additional $20 in value. Credits can be added to new or existing reservations.
Throughout the Atlantis Taste of Paradise Festival, guests will have the opportunity to dine at a variety of restaurants offering prix-fixe menus and chef-led dinner specials. Featured restaurants include: Café Martinique, Carmine’s, Chop Stix, Frankie Gone Bananas, Seafire, Olives, Fish by Jose Andres and Nobu. Casual restaurants, including Sip Sip, Burger Shack, McKenzie’s Fresh Conch, Pirate Republic and Marina Pizzeria, will offer limited-edition dishes, with a particular emphasis on authentic fare.
