Taste of paradise, Atlantis Paradise Island’s annual food festival, is a celebration of food and drink; prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients and an innovative eye, and is a must-have for food-loving families. During the two weeks of the festival, guests can enjoy prix-fixe menus, exclusive events and specialty dishes prepared by some of the world’s most renowned chefs, including chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, Michael White and Todd English.

Furthermore, Taste of paradise is designed to showcase the extraordinary culinary talent and diversity of quality programming in Atlantis and the Bahamas. It’s also a way to give back. A portion of the festival’s proceeds are donated annually to the resort’s 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, The Atlantis Blue Project Foundation (ABPF), which promotes the preservation and conservation of coral reefs, sea turtles , sharks, manatees, and cetaceans, and with their Bahamian ecosystems, through scientific research, education, and community outreach.

History of the taste of paradise

This celebration of Bahamian food and culture began in 2018 as “EAT: Extraordinary Taste of Atlantis.” Back then, it was a single week of foodie fun that included a drink-focused street party in Marina Village.

The goal is to build Taste of paradise in the Caribbean’s premier epicurean destination event showcasing the extraordinary culinary talent and diversity of quality programming at Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas.
